Hummingbirds are fascinating. Their tongues are specially designed to drink flower nectar.  They can hover as well as fly up, down, sideways, forwards, backwards and even upside down. They beat their wings more than 50 times per second and their hearts beat 20 times per second.  And despite their small size, they can fly 500 miles non-stop across the Gulf of Mexico.  Only God could have created such an amazing creature!
