    The Texas Spiny Lizard can be found from the Red River through north and central Texas and down to Mexico.  Their scales and coloring mean they are well camouflaged on tree trunks and branches.
    Like the Texas Spiny Lizard, Christians sometimes want to blend in with their surroundings.  They don’t want to stand out and risk being rejected or ridiculed for their beliefs.  But God wants us to stand firm in our faith and to steadfastly work to fulfill his will for our lives.
